Yoga is a great mind-body practice that can have physical, mental and emotional benefits for anyone and everyone.
It plays a crucial role in stress reduction and is an excellent way to unstress. It focuses the mind and frees up the mental space and cognitive resources that are usually unnecessarily absorbed by tinnitus. Most of all, yoga is something to be enjoyed and is not reserved just for those with naturally great physical flexibility.
