Arrivals

Please be aware that late arrivals will result in a shortening of your appointment time in consideration of the next person. If visiting us for the first time, we recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and settle in.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice to avoid the £60.00 cancellation fee which is applied to cover for lost clinic time.

Appointments

There may be times when you may require our professional attention at the very last minute. We will always do our very best to accommodate you. However, due to the nature of our clinics, this may not always be possible. We therefore strongly recommend that you call us before visiting so that we can ensure a mutually convenient time and ensure you are attended to.
