Originally founded by Monty Shulberg, our practice is now owned and operated by his son, Adam Shulberg. Over the years, The Well Being BY CUBEX has developed a unique approach to audiological wellbeing. What makes our approach very different is that we have a dedicated, fully-fledged cognitive testing and training facility.
Our personlised care and treatment plans look at the whole person and any cognitive or communication difficulties manifested by a hearing impairment. Our experience, combined with the latest world class technology and a personalised blend of therapies developed by us, assures our clientele of the very best care and attention.
Our care plans have been refined over many decades since our London clinic was established in 1964.
Our Treatment.
Working with this baseline, we help our clientele to improve their hearing, with hearing technology (formerly referred to as hearing aids). We offer the very latest technology which is more effective, reliable, comfortable and discreet than ever before. To see our patients’ responses, the first time they experience their new hearing technology, is quite simply priceless. Our desire to keep empowering people to live full, rich lives is what continues to drive us.
Coming to terms with hearing impairment is never easy. Some people battle on for years, as clear communication becomes more and more challenging. At your initial Consultation & Discovery session, besides doing a thorough audiological test, we hold a space to openly share thoughts on the many complex layers of how hearing impairment is actually experienced by you, and those close to you. There is a lot that needs to be considered before we offer a properly personalised hearing healthcare plan. This is what makes our team unique.
Hearing loss affects communication: this impacts the individual and can also have a profound effect on family and other communication partners.
At the forefront of audiological innovation.
Our approach to auditory care has evolved significantly over the years. At The Well Being BY CUBEX, we have been at the forefront of industry developments. Audiological care goes well beyond looking after the ears. A complete hearing healthcare plan is needed, including cognitive function as well as emotional care, general health and wellbeing, and working your communication partners - life partners, family and possibly close friends. Over the years, we have worked with leading organisations that have helped to push the boundaries in audiological innovation, and these relationships have certainly influenced how we work. One such example is the IDA Institute - a non-profit run by a team of anthropologists and hearing healthcare professionals focused upon developing ingenious new tools and resources for successful hearing rehabilitation.
“What makes our approach unique is that we have a dedicated, fully-fledged cognitive assessment and training facility - an integral part of our audiological wellbeing offering.”
