We caught up with London-based teacher, Global Yogi, meditator and lifestyle consultant, Michael James Wong who talks to us about who can benefit from yoga. Michael is recognised as a leading voice in the modern yoga movement around the world. His approach to the practice brings a strong anatomical focus and mindful approach to the movement, while aiming to teach traditional yoga concepts with a modern day attitude.
