Our personalised approach

Cognitive Training, Mindfulness + Nootropics

A holistic approach supporting long-term wellbeing — mind and body.

Elegance, calm & care - beautifully tuned.

Engaging ambience and conceptual design-art interiors by British artist Mark Lawson Bell. The Well Being BY CUBEX in Marylebone offers a calm, sensorially immersive space where audiology feels effortless—and personal care comes first.

We reflected on research that used the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique to explore how non-literal and metaphoric expressions reveal the deeper, often unspoken experiences of people with hearing loss. We delved into the subconscious language of metaphor, revealing how individuals describe their auditory worlds through imagery rather than direct articulation. Conceptually, our interior installations find a striking visual counterpart in our clinic’s interiors, where artist Mark Lawson Bell translates these metaphors into immersive installations. The Gallery of Ears and motifs such as birds, locusts, keys, and ladders evoke the layered perceptions of sound, memory, and communication, turning the clinic into a space that reflects both the science and emotion of hearing.

LYRIC

Out of sight, out of mind.

Hearing + Cognition

Audiology patient care involves far more than general ear health and hearing. The ears are directly connected to the brain and the two work together to create clear, discomfort-free hearing.

Cognition and cognitive wellbeing are as crucial to hearing as the ears themselves. Our WellMind cognitive training offers an engaging, constructive plan to build up your brain - the most important muscle in your body! Do our daily cognition sprint online and feel your memory and retention improve daily.

Ear Hygiene + Wax Removal

Having ear wax is completely normal and healthy. The ears produce wax from glands in the outer half of the ear canal, for protection

Ear wax and tiny hairs in the ear canal catch dust, bacteria, and other small particles, preventing them from reaching the eardrum. Problems can occur when ear wax builds up and becomes impacted. This can obstruct the ear canal, affecting hearing. A buildup of earwax could even cause tinnitus. Our professional ear wax microsuction removes wax quickly and meticulously.

Did you know? Around 1 in 7 people live with tinnitus – a sound only they can hear. It’s more common than you think, and the good news is, it can be managed.

At The Well Being BY CUBEX, we support individuals from all walks – including musicians and transport workers regularly exposed to loud environments – with tailored therapies and treatment plans that significantly help improve quality of life.

If you’re concerned about tinnitus or any change in your hearing, get in touch. Our expert audiologists will assess your needs and build a personalised plan – including vital support for your emotional and mental wellbeing.
