COVID-19: Opening dates and times for your "in clinic" care

Please call or e-mail us if you need any help advice or support.Where a face-to-face appointment is clinically necessary, we will use our professional judgement based on necessity and in line with industry, government, and local policy. Our priority must be to ensure that we can operate safely and we will only provide in-clinic services if it is in your best interest and the benefits outweigh the risk.If you would like to attend for an "in clinic" face-to-face consultation then please call the customer services team on 020 7935 5511 or email customersevices@213.175.217.238 and they will discuss this with you.Our Audiology and Customer Services team are now available Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm.If calling outside of these hours, please leave a message, and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
