COVID-19: Continuing care at Cubex Audiology

21st May 2020As many of you will know we have been delivering care and support throughout the COVID 19 epidemic and will continue to do so but as the situation changes so will we and we are nowpleased to be able to offer face-to-face in-clinic carewhen it is necessary and safe.Cubex Audiology is following advice, recommendations and guidance from the UK's audiology professional bodies and using government guidelines to ensure we continue deliver care safely and responsibly. Wherever possible we will continue to deliver remote care, but we are now able to offer face-to-face care, when and where it is necessary.

This will always be in-line with official public health, NHS and government advice on COVID 19 with input from the infection prevention societyand content from WHOResearchAs new advice becomes available, we will continue to update our procedures and recommendations. We have carefully considered and assessed the risk for you and our team, and implemented protocols to ensure that everyone stays safe and well whilst under our care in clinic.Although the lockdown is easing we recognise that it will be a little while before we all feel safe enough to travel so we will continue to offer remote support as we have been doing for the last 2 months for anyone that has no essential need to visit us.

Please be assured though that we are here for you wherever you are. With all my best wishesAdam ShulbergManaging director, Cubex Audiology
