Cubex will not be responsible for any items sent to us that may get lost or damaged in the post. We also cannot recommend insuring your hearing instruments enough. You can learn more about insurance for hearing technology here. Please contact us before forwarding your hearing technology to Cubex so that we can get a clear picture of the type of damage or servicing required in advance. We aim to complete most of the repairs in-house within 24 hours.
