Adam Shulberg initiated the audiology programme and made it his responsibility to facilitate, train and supervise a team of Community Ear Assistants (CEA's) and over 1000 volunteers.BRINOS started work on their new ear care centre (BECC) in Nepalgunj, a remote region very far from the vast facilities at Kathmandu and were able to move in to their new facility in November 2015.
