Cubex Statement on COVID-19
Dear Valued Patient
As the situation of COVID-19 continues to evolve, Cubex Hearing Healthcare would like to re-assure you that we are committed to adhering to the protocols recommended by Public Health England, the government and the Audiology council and governing body.The health and well-being of our valued patients, our caring team and our professional colleagues is our absolute priority. We want to assure you that strict infection control, health and safety have been and continues to be a priority amongst our team and on our premises.Our team are fully aware of the current requirements. They are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety measures to ensure that the highest possible clinical and general hygiene and infection control standards maintained at all touchpoints of your journey with us. This includes but is not limited to in-clinic consultations, annual hearing health reviews, micro-suction, hearing lab services and handling of technology. Disinfecting surfaces between patients, sterilizing equipment and clinicians washing their hands before and after every consultation is a routine practice that we adhere to every day. We have a healthy supply of clinical-grade disinfectant wipes and sprays.At present, we have had no suspected or confirmed cases of Coronavirus at our Practice, and we are open for care and business as usual. Should the Practice need to close, we will notify all patient’s immediately. Rest assured that we are keeping a very close eye on this situation at all times and want to ensure that we are available to support your ability to hear and communicate with ease during this time.We are currently looking to see how we can adapt the delivery of some of our consultancy and services which might enable you to receive care without having to visit us.
