The results of the recent international satisfaction survey show that an overwhelming majority of patients are highly satisfied with the performance of Oticon Alta.
Patients and fellow professionals recommend Oticon Alta
Using Sergei Kochkin’s Marke Trak VIII report as a reference point, the Oticon survey of professionals and end-users yielded some excellent results for the premium Oticon Alta solution. Making a comparison for sound clarity, performance in noisy environments and richness of sound, Alta came out 17% higher in overall performance satisfaction compared to MarkeTrak VIII benchmarks: 96% against 79%.
Alta makes patient satisfaction easy
89% of hearing care professionals stated that Alta makes it very easy to satisfy patients. This is something that Oticon’s own research confirms: “I’m currently wearing Oticon Alta, which I absolutely love. It is beautifully fitted – you don’t know you’re wearing it”, said opera singer Janine Roebuck.
Making it personal
Personalisation is a critical factor in achieving client satisfaction. 88% of the clients expressed good or high satisfaction with Alta's personlised fitting process, 82% of hearing care professionals said it was very easy to explain the benefits and 89% said that they would recommend Alta to fellow professionals. “The audiologist must have spent a good hour with me, talking about the physiological side and the psychological side too. From the moment I put them on, I haven’t looked back”, retired businessman and Cubex patient John Harvey explained.
Improved speech understanding
Overall speech understanding, naturalness of sound and ease of listening all scored highly too: “Everything seemed crisp and clearly defined. I followed the conversation and didn’t miss out on anything”, commented former advertising executive and Cubex patient Peter Valler.
