Soul Circus yoga festival is about shedding the constraints and stressors of your adult life and rediscovering the world through the fresh, open eyes. It is an opportunity to learn how to integrate your mind, body and soul with guidance from some of the worlds finest teachers, including our very own Cubex yogini and mindfulness coach, Henrietta Greene.
The Soul Circus Festival
Experience an outdoor sunrise class and soak up the energy of the beautiful surroundings or warm up in the cosy hot yoga tent. Watch the sun set to a beautiful kirtan or feed the soul with live music. Soul Circus offers a taste of internationally recognised teachers as well as top local instructors. The team at Soul Circus are offering a wide selection of different types of yoga classes and workshops for both adults and children. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner there are classes and workshops for everyone. Mix in restorative yoga with sweaty and uplifting Rocket, powerful Broga, a live DJ Vinyasa class or challenge yourself with something new like aerial yoga.
The Food
You can delight your taste buds with Gloucestershire's finest local and sustainable cuisine. Soul Circus will offer healthy and delicious food, drinks and fresh juices, catering for a wide range of diets including gluten/dairy free, cold pressed, grass fed, you name it, they have got it catered. Once the yoga is done and it's time to relax, you van enjoy the best in local ales, ciders, bio-dynamic wines and signature Soul Circus cocktails.As well as eating, festival goers also have the opportunity of participating in interactive workshops run by Chef Jay Halford on how to live and cook healthy.
The Music
Soul Circus is collaborating with The Fat Collective in Bristol which is a group of incredible bands in the South-West joined together at the trunk to promote peace, love and music. Live music will be at the heart of the festival. Expect live bands and DJ's, performing throughout the day, perfect if you want to take a break from yoga and relax in the sun.
